Why is a CMA useful?

  • A CMA can help sellers spend the least amount of time possible on the market

How does a CMA compare to an appraisal?

A CMA is not an official appraisal, but it can provide valuable insight into a property's value. An appraisal is a formal valuation that's usually driven by the needs of a mortgage lender.
